Laura is the creative force behind our double exposures, our visual identity, and our editorial approach to photography. She’s photographed hundreds of weddings and elopements and has taught photographers around the world how to develop a genuine creative voice. Not to copy someone else’s style, but to find and own their own.
Dan Pinckard
Dan has a background in marketing, business, and technology. He handles everything from brand positioning to pricing strategy to systems and workflows at The Pinckards. In the community, he breaks down the business side of photography into honest, actionable frameworks: the kind that actually translate into bookings and growth.

Is it really free?
Yes. No trial period, no credit card, no catch. We made a deliberate decision to open the community to any photographer who wants in. The goal is to build something valuable together, not to monetize access to it.
What level of photographer is this for?
All levels. Whether you’re just starting out or have been shooting for a decade, the community has something for you. The class archive spans fundamentals to advanced workflows, and the discussions reflect the full range of experience in the room.
What kind of photography does this cover?
Our background is in wedding and elopement photography, so that’s where a lot of the context comes from, but the business, branding, editing, and creative principles apply across genres. Portrait photographers, commercial shooters, and documentary photographers all find value here.
How active are Dan and Laura in the community?
Very. This is the point. We built this specifically because we wanted a direct relationship with the photographers in it. We answer questions, give feedback, and show up consistently. Not through an assistant or a drip sequence.
What if I miss something?
Everything is recorded and added to the archive. The class vault is organized so you can find exactly what you need when you need it, not just when we happen to post it.
Is one-on-one mentorship available?
The community is group-based. One-on-one mentorship sessions with Dan and Laura are available separately for photographers who want more personal guidance. Community members get priority scheduling.
The community is free. The only thing it costs is showing up.
